Return Policy

We aim to provide a risk-free shopping experience, which is why we cover return shipping for items where free shipping is offered. For areas where free shipping is not available, all sales are final. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date your order was fulfilled. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period. Please note that shipping charges, shipping protection fees, and customs fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All accessories, tags, and free items must be included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

For claims related to shipping damage or manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund (excluding expedited shipping fees) will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank, as they may require additional time to post the refund.
